Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bubbs & Bites Cafe ("we", "our", or "us"), whether at our physical location or through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Bubbs & Bites Cafe is a pet-friendly cafe located in Kota Damansara, Selangor, offering specialty coffee, signature waffles, pasta, rice mains, and non-coffee beverages. We welcome both human guests and their well-behaved pets.

Cafe Policies

Operating Hours

Our cafe operates during posted business hours. We reserve the right to modify hours for holidays, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. Please check our website or contact us for current hours.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets at Bubbs & Bites Cafe subject to the following conditions:

  • Pet Diapers Required: All pets must wear appropriate diapers while inside our premises
  • Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times by their owners
  • Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved and not cause disturbance to other guests
  • Vaccination: We recommend all pets be up-to-date on vaccinations
  • Liability: Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to ask guests to remove pets that are disruptive or pose safety concerns

Food and Beverages

  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
  • We accommodate dietary restrictions where possible; please inform our staff of any allergies
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted
  • Consumption of our products is at your own risk

Reservations and Orders

Reservations may be made through our listed contact channels. We appreciate advance notice for large groups. While we strive to accommodate all reservations, we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements.

Payment Terms

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Service charges, if any, will be clearly indicated
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bubbs & Bites Cafe or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
